Q: What orthopedic intervention do the physicians at Florida OrthoCare offers?

A: At Florida OrthoCare, orthopedic interventions are to be performed by our highly trained orthopedic physicians.  Our physicians offer treatment plans for joint replacement, sports injury management, stem cell therapy for joint pain,  pediatric orthopedics, trauma care, and minimally invasive spine surgery.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to my orthopedic appointment as a new patient?

A: As a new patient to Florida OrthoCare, please arrive to your appointment early if possible. We ask you show up ten minutes early so that you can complete any necessary New Patient paperwork. We ask you bring the following items:

Q: What do I do if I cannot keep an office visit?

A: If for whatever reason you cannot keep your medical appointment, please call us as far as in advance if possible to reschedule so that we may use that time to see another patient in need of care.

Q: How do I pay for my orthopedic visit?

A: In efforts to decrease the cost for your medical care, we request payment arrangements for all office visits at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard for your convenience.

Q: If I have health insurance, when do I pay my portion of treatment of service?

A: We ask for your health insurance information prior to your office visit. This is needed so that insurance eligiblity is verified. If we are an in-network provider of your insurance company, we will direct bill your insurance; however payment is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. It is our pleasure to help you any way we can to assist you in handling a claim.

Q: Do you accept Worker’s Compensation or injuries from an Automobile Accident?

A: We currently accept Worker’s Compensation and Automobile Accidents. It is best to contact one of our South Florida Orthopedic offices to as about a medical treatment plan. Please be prepared to provide the following to our friendly office personnel:
